WHAT TO EXPECT
After you submit your contact information, we’ll call to schedule a time for your free roof inspection.
On-site, we’ll assess the condition of your roof, take pictures, and discuss your needs. We're happy to bring samples and take custom requests. We'll always advise on what's functionally sound but follow your lead on aesthetic preferences.
We'll generate a pricing estimate for you within 1-3 business days. We partner with a provider that uses the newest satellite technology available on the market to ensure EXACT measurements for an accurate quote; these measurements have to be ordered and sometimes there's a slight lag between our organizations.
Next, we'll schedule your project date and collect a down payment of 35%-50% depending on the total project size. This payment will be used to order materials, reserve dumpsters, and pay for any required permits. Our crew completes the job professionally, efficiently, and with cleanliness. It typically takes between 1-3 days for us to complete a roof from start to finish.
There's 3 phases to a roof replacement. Tear off [the old roof], Repair (any damage to the deck underneath), and Install (the new materials). If at any point in this process we anticipate precipitation, protective measures will be taken. Your bare roof will never be exposed to moisture.
After installation, we'll request some of your time to walk the project to ensure your total satisfaction. When it's clear that we've achieved that, we'll send you the final invoice. Our growing business really relies on feedback from the community. We hope you leave a review!
