Build Your Roof — See It Before You Buy It
Picking a roof color is one of the bigger aesthetic decisions you'll make for your home. You'll live with it for 25 to 30 years. We don't think you should have to commit to a color choice off a tiny shingle sample in a contractor's truck — especially when there's a better way.
The visualizer below is the Owens Corning Design EyeQ tool. Upload a photo of your home, pick from any Owens Corning shingle line, and see exactly what your roof will look like before we ever quote the job. Free to use. No email required. No commitment of any kind.
Three Things This Tool Lets You Do
See your actual home with new shingles.
Upload a photo of your house and the tool overlays Owens Corning's shingle lines on top of it. The colors render against your real siding, your real trim, your real landscape — not a stock house in a stock neighborhood.
Compare options side by side
Cycle through TruDefinition Duration, Oakridge, Berkshire, and the rest of the Owens Corning architectural shingle lineup in seconds. The differences between charcoal gray, estate gray, and weathered wood get clear fast when you see them on your roof rather than on a brochure.
Lock in your color before estimate day.
When we come out for your free estimate, having a color already picked saves time and removes the biggest aesthetic decision from the punch list. We can focus on the technical work — what your roof actually needs and what it will cost.
The Visualizer
If the visualizer below isn't loading, give it a few seconds — it's hosted on Owens Corning's servers and occasionally takes a moment to initialize. If it still won't load, call us at (610) 587-2709 and we'll walk through shingle options the old-fashioned way.
Three Steps
The tool works best on a tablet or laptop. It works on phones too, but the screen is small enough that the color differences are harder to read at full resolution. If you're undecided between two or three options, we recommend reviewing them on a larger screen.
Upload a clear photo of your home's exterior, taken from the front or front-corner. Afternoon light works best — full sun on the roof, no deep shadows. If you don't have a photo handy, the tool has sample homes you can use to get a feel for the colors.
Pick a shingle line from the Owens Corning catalog. The tool will show you the available colors within that line.
Cycle through colors. The tool renders each one onto your photo in real time. When you find a color you like, take a screenshot or note the product name — we'll use it during your free estimate.
Owens Corning Roofing Contractor Network
Red Patch Roofing is a member of the Owens Corning Roofing Contractor Network. Network membership requires meeting Owens Corning's standards for installation quality, business practices, and customer service — and is reviewed annually. The visualizer above is one of the contractor tools we have access to as Network members.
More importantly: it's why we install Owens Corning shingles on most of the residential roofs we replace in Berks County. Owens Corning is one of the two largest shingle manufacturers in North America, the materials hold up well in the temperature swings and storms we get in Pennsylvania, and the warranty terms are honored consistently when issues arise. We pair Owens Corning shingles with our own 15-year labor warranty on installation — between the two, you're covered on both materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the roof.
If you'd prefer a different manufacturer's shingle for any reason — color, price, warranty preference — we install other lines too. Mention it during your estimate and we'll quote both options.
Picked a Color? Let's Talk About the Roof.
Once you've found a shingle line and color you like, the next step is a free estimate. We'll come measure, drone-document your existing roof, and write up a quote that includes the specific Owens Corning product you selected. No commission, no upsell, no sales pitch.
